The 20th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AIC GROUP was organized successfully in Sheraton hotel, Tay Ho district, Hanoi with 94.7% participants on 21/04/2022.
Opening the morning session, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan- both the Chairman of board of directors and meeting chairperson had an opening speech. After that, all shareholders voted to approve the contents of reporting delegates’ eligibility; approve the list of presidium, secretary, votes checking board; organization regulations and working program of the meeting.
Overview of the meeting
Continuing the program, Mr. Vu Minh Tien- the Vice Chairman announced the 2021 Business result report as well as Business target in 2022. After more than 2 years of being affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, the socio-economic situation in Vietnam or worldwide in general as well as AIC Group in particular faced many obstacles. However, to overcome difficulties and crises, each member in the Group has flexibly changed business activities to online, adopted the requirements of social isolation, maintained the cultural activities. Most of companies have exceeded set business plan such as: AICe, AIC Trading and AKB. Especially, AICHCM which was the most seriously affected in the pandemic’s outbreak also reached 70% of the registered plan.

The General Meeting also voted to approve the dividend payment plan for 2021, the plan to issue shares to increase the company’s charter capital for employees and approve the operation regulations of the Board of Directors.
Shareholders also heard the Supervisory Board’s Report on the company’s performance supervision in 2021.
In the next part, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan presented the oriented development strategy of AIC Group period 2020-2025 and Stock market accessing plan in 2022-2023. Delegates discussed and found out new solutions to increase business efficiency in 2022.
In the end of the morning section, 100% of attending shareholders agreed with announced contents of the meeting. The 20th General Meeting of Shareholders finished at 12a.m.

The afternoon meeting section started at 13.30 a.m. The content was: Business Development Plan in 2022. The participants included directors of AIC company members, Chief accountants and leaders of departments in AIC Group.
After the opening, the board of directors reported in general Business activities in 2021. Even though the Group faced difficulties in 2021, it was evaluated to be successful year when the Group achieved the set plan. In which, AIC Trading had the outstanding result with 125% as planned, exceed 21% turnover and 38% profit compared with 2020, completed excellently 2 national scale projects. Together, AIC Trading was honored to get “Top Five Sales of the year 2021” which was given by Bosch. AICe is the first member which completed 2021 business target with 142% as planned, exceed 14% turnover. Besides, AICe became the first million company of BOSCH in Vietnam in 2021. With this honor, AICE got the prize “The best seller in 2021” of BOSCH in Vietnam.

After then, directors of AIC company members alternately reported Business plans in 2022, discussed to find the solutions for the business orientation and how to achieve the target in 2022.
Interspersed with stressful meeting hours, organizers prepared a lucky program to boost the meeting room’s atmosphere.
After 3 working hours in the afternoon, the meeting of Business Development Plan in 2022 of AIC GROUP was taken place successfully.
