Dear friends,

First and foremost, I would like to send my congratulations and sincere thanks to all the members of AIC Trading Joint Stock Company and people of other members companies, who participated in the implementation of the tasks serving the APEC 2017.

It can be said that APEC 2017 is a series of international events, starting from the middle of February to the middle of November 2017, spread over 10 cities from the north to the south of the country and climax of the event was the week High Level APEC 2017 in Da Nang. In the great victory of APEC 2017, we have contributed not small (together with other organizations such as VTV, VOV…)  in supply, installation and operation of information and communication equipment and multimedia conference services.

In particular, AIC has successfully deployed multiple audio conferencing systems, advanced multi-channel interpreting systems, high-quality CCTV systems, etc., of which there are devices first-time It was put into exploitation and use in Vietnam.

The technical staff of AIC has responded a constantly changing agenda on content, size and location. Operating under the most stringent conditions of electronic security, the most reliable in terms of quality and the whole process of operation did not appear any incident, even the smallest trouble.

Unlike many previous international events in Vietnam such as FRANCOPHONIE, APEC 2006, ACEM … This is the first time that a domestic unit has been trusted to provide synchronized conference services for the whole event. This is also the first time our AIC have deployed activities for the longest time, in the same time on the most scattered distance, simultaneously coordinating many of units in the AIC Group and the largest contribution was belong to the main responsible unit – AIC Trading.

On behalf of AIC Group’s Leaders, I would like to express my sincere thanks to AIC Trading’s staffs and other AIC companies’s staffs, who have overcome all difficulties and challenges, completed task excellently in the recent APEC’s operations.

On this occasion, we would like to thank the enthusiastic, responsible and timely support of Bosch Security Vietnam’s leaders and technical staffs throughout the project implementation process.

I am proud that AIC has achieved world-class technical services. The AIC’s Success in the APEC 2017’s event is a mark of maturity and a great contribution to the development of AIC brand in the field of electronic and IT services.

On this occasion, the BoD of the AIC group unanimously awarded the Hot-award to the collective of staff attended this great event.
