Nguyen Kieu Anh:

Entering the 2017 season, with a completely different form of play over the previous season, the AIC team has undergone certain pressures. First of all the pressure of achievement in the last two seasons, we have to stop at the threshold of glory and be labeled “King of second Prize”. Second, this season there are new teams that we have never encountered (10 teams), traditional rivals have significant human resources. Third, for a long time of competition, maintaining full participation is a problem, especially when the long-term schedules but the team members are fixed during the strip take place. However, with the support of the Board of Directors and the board of directors of member companies, with the careful tactic and personnel calculations in each battle, the enthusiasm of players. First of all, with my respect for the opponent, I and my brothers in the team scored the score 2-0 against the Siemens team, this is a result appreciating the  strength of the two sides. In the teams participating in the tournament, which team makes you feel most ominous when confronted?

Nguyen Kieu Anh:

This year’s season is a one-way round with 10 teams. That means each team will experience 9 games against all opponents. Each team has its own strengths. There are games our team lost the game, but the mutation of the individual has brought the final victory. There are games we completely imposed, but the team suffered a bitter defeat. Only when the team’s battle with unity and spirit of high concentration, we have achieved the desired result. If we do not achieve it, we ourselves have hindered our progress.

Excellent, that is the overall feeling of the whole players in the team. We have gone through the shortage of personnel as well as some of not fair play of some opponents. However, with the unity of all the brothers for the captain, we have achieved our goals. We have realized that specialization in each position, discipline and solidarity will help us to succeed.

The team has built a strong vertical shaft from the position of goalkeeper – midfielder – midfielder – striker to ensure the tactical frame of the team. The best player evaluation this season is really hard for me. Nguyen Kieu Anh:

“External players” in your question have always played a positive role with the AIC team throughout the years. Almost all of the “External players” have joined the team for many years as well as the three previous Ocean Park Football league so although not working in the same company but also considered as a member of AIC. Due to the job characteristics of AIC members, ensuring that the number of players involved in training is always a problem. The participation of ” External players” contributed to the team to have human resources to ensure the activities of the team played regularly scheduled. In addition, the addition of foreign personnel to certain positions also contributed to ensure the depth of the tactical lineup. The involvement of foreign players is in line with the spirit of AIC and the culture of AIC. Therefore, the solidarity of the team members is always guaranteed to the highest level.

Last question, would you please disclose some information about the upcoming training and competition of AIC team?

Nguyen Kieu Anh:

Preparing for the fifth year since the launch of the team’s regular weekly training, we expect to continue to push forward the team. First of all, we will ensure that the weekly activities of the team take place regularly, contributing to the solidarity of exchanges among members of the Group. Second, we will call for more active participation of the Group members, looking for new talents to contribute to the team. Thirdly, we expect to find exchanges partners to promote the brand of AIC Group in the midst of the regular schedule of the team.
